Impossible de différencier la gestion du son entre auparleur interne et casque sous linux

changer le volume de l'un change le volume de l'autre.

Bonjour à tous!

Mes cours ayant été annulés, j’ai profité de mon temps pour déterrer un vieux pc portable (asus Z92j) qui traînait chez mes parents. Le but final étant de le passer à mon frère pour qu’il puisse l’utiliser, j’y ai mis un debian/gnome pour lui faciliter la tâche.

Tout allait bien jusqu’à ce que je m’intéresse au son: pulseaudio m’affiche en permanence "casque analogique" comme seule sortie de son possible. Si je n’ai pas de casque, j’ai du son qui sort par les haut-parleurs intégrés, si je branche un casque, le basculement se fait sans soucis. En revanche, si je modifie le son de l’un, je change par la même occasion le son de l’autre.

J’ai bien essayer de chercher comment faire sur internet, mais je n’ai pas réussi… J’en viens même à me demander si c’est possible…

Salut,

Pulseaudio est une surcouche qui se base sur alsa, en soi il n’est pas nécessaire pour que le son fonctionne sauf que la plupart des outils graphiques (style barre de volume sur le bureau) en dépendent. Cela donne quoi si tu passes directement par alsamixer (en ligne de commande) ? Tu peux monter le volume de sortie du casque indépendamment du reste ?

Les seules choses qui ont un impacte sur le son sont «master» et «pcm». Je ne sais pas à quoi servent les autres.

Mmm… Alors à mon avis ceci explique cela : Pulseaudio ne peut a priori pas te proposer plus de chose qu’alsa ne lui en fournit. Visiblement, tu ne peux que modifier le volume global (il n’y a pas de volume dédié pour la sortie casque ou enceinte).

Juste par curiosité : tu as déjà eu une situation différente sur un de tes PCs ? Parce que de mon côté j’ai toujours eu un seul volume à régler.

quand je branche un casque les haut parleurs sont rendus muets et le casque est "unmute" (c’est triste, je ne voie pas comment exprimer ça en français….).

Du coup si je comprend bien, c’est peine perdue (pas moyen de changer la configuration de alsa?)…. Est-ce qu’il y a au moins moyen de faire afficher à pulseaudio le fait que c’est un haut parleur?

A priori, oui, s’il n’y a rien côté alsa, pulseaudio ne peut rien faire de plus de ce côté.
Cela étant, c’est peut-être bien possible de régler cela au niveau d’alsa. Toutefois, je ne m’y connais pas assez pour te donner une réponse. Tu devrais probablement trouver des éléments avec les mots « Linux alsa USB headphones ».

Non, c’est pas un casque usb, c’est du jack tout ce qui ya de plus banal (la seule différence c’est que mon pc n’a qu’un jack qui fait prise micro et prise écouteurs alors que le vieux sépare ça en deux prises distinctes.
